In this period several factors affect delivery times.
We do our best to keep you up to date with transparency.
The delivery time :
Order processing times: 24 to 48 hours
Normal deadlines for France and Belgium: 8 to 10 working days
Deadlines to date (Covid situation): 10 to 13 working days (greatly depends on the departments / regions of delivery)
The price of delivery:
The delivery for the France, the Belgium and the Italy is offered.
The returns :
You have the opportunity to exercise your right to retract up to 14 days after receipt of the package .
The return costs are the responsibility of the customer .

Why are delivery times affected?
Warehouse : Decrease in the number of handlers in warehouses because of the sanitary measures put in place. + 2 to 3 working days
Carrier : delivery from the factory to our warehouses + 2 to 3 working days
The post office : office closures, fewer visits to certain departments / regions, slower logistics at sorting centers + 2 to 8 working days
Average delivery times currently:
1 to 2 weeks: 74% of orders
2 to 3 weeks: 25% of orders
3 to 5 weeks: 1% of orders
More than 5 weeks: 0% of orders
Like deliveries, updating tracking numbers by carriers and by post is strongly impacted by the health measures in place.
In any case, we make sure that every customer receives their package and is satisfied.
